Welcoming and knowledgeable staff provided good service.
I faced numerous challenges during my stay. The hotel seemed to prioritize business travelers over tourists, lacking information relevant to visitors. Moreover, the availability of parking was severely limited, adding to the overall inconvenience.

The nearby eateries, like Cafe Restaurante O Parque and 5 Amendoas Restaurant, make for delightful culinary adventures! The staff were incredibly helpful, pointing us to local hotspots and delicious dining options.
The hotel is looking really run down on the inside. The room smelled terribly bad (sewer), and it faced the noisy main road. Paying 75 euros (no breakfast) for that experience felt a bit steep. I could have scored a cleaner spot at Moov hotel nearby for less.

We loved staying here as a family. the location was perfect for exploring the historical sites of Evora. After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to unwind in our clean room. The staff was super nice, sharing great tips on what to see next.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more towels would be great for families.

great service but room could improve
The staff were truly exceptional, offering invaluable recommendations on local dining and sites to visit. I particularly appreciated the easy lift access and the reliable WiFi, which enhanced my stay. The availability of free parking was a major convenience for exploring nearby attractions, making my trip hassle-free.
The room could use some upkeep, as it felt a bit outdated.

Great location right outside the city walls made it easy to explore Evora. The free parking by the hotel saved me a lot of hassle. Breakfast surprised me with a good selection, including fresh oranges for juice. The front desk staff shared local tips and gave us a map, making our visit smooth. My room felt cramped, barely enough space for our bags, but for a one-night stay, it worked. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and I worried I might fall out since it was small. Noise from the street kept me awake, so a room on a quieter side would have been better. Overall, it met our basic needs but had room for improvement.

The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with plenty of choices and great coffee, and I loved how clean the room was despite it being a bit snug. There’s a cozy lounge area to relax in and a beautiful garden to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the scaffolding outside made things look a bit rough, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Clean accommodations with incredibly welcoming staff helped make the experience enjoyable. The breakfast had generous options, and the secure parking provided peace of mind. The location was excellent, just a short walk to historical sites.
The air conditioning could use some improvement, as it wasn't very efficient. Also, the façade scaffolding made the room feel a bit dark.
